Annual discount

Pay yearly, save 10%.

£529 for the year on Essentials (was £588). £853 for the year on Growth (was £948). One invoice, no other change.

30-day money-back guarantee

If it is not what you wanted, you get every penny back.

Inside 30 days, email and tell us to cancel. We refund the full amount you have paid. No questions, no exit interview, no "could you tell us why" form. You keep everything we have shipped: the site source code, the content, the domain configuration. After day 30 the standard cancellation terms in the terms apply — still no minimum contract, still no exit fee.

What is not in either tier

Honest scoping.

  • E-commerce checkouts. Use Shopify or Squarespace for products with carts.
  • Paid-advertising management. Hire a media buyer.
  • Logo design. Hire an illustrator.
  • Video production. Hire a videographer.
  • Social-media management. Run the accounts yourself, or hire a contractor.

Saying no to these is why the price is £49, not £499.

Questions

Honest answers.

Is there a minimum contract?

No. You can cancel any time and we hand over a working copy of everything within seven working days. The 30-day money-back guarantee applies inside the first month.

Do I own the site?

Yes — content, source code, design files. We license back to ourselves only what we need to maintain the site while you are a client, and that licence ends when you cancel.

Do I own the domain?

Yes. The domain is registered in your name and is yours from day one. If you cancel, you keep it; we will help you point it at your new provider if you want us to.

How do invoices and payments work?

We invoice monthly (or annually for the 10% discount) via a UK payment processor. Cards or direct debit. We never see your card details.

Is there VAT on the price?

No. We are a sole-trader firm below the UK VAT threshold, so the prices above are what you pay.

What is in each tier in detail?

Essentials is the full service for a small site you mostly need running; Growth adds more content cadence and the programmatic local-SEO pages. See the services page for the line-item version.

Pick a tier when you are ready.

Or just reply with what you are trying to do and we will tell you which tier fits.
